Socialism

So I was browsing through Flair on Facebook and I’ve been reading lots of economic blogs recently and it was just amusing to me how Obama is painted as a socialist but Bush is the president who’s actually nationalizing private companies. I believe that the government should be there to help out, not bail out industries. I don’t know. I’m a moderate when it comes to fiscal issues. I understand the importance of taxes, but I also understand that nobody truly needs more than a half a million dollar a year salary to live comfortably. Where are all the fiscal conservatives now? They may not like Obama’s health care plan but I mean come on is it any worse than Bush and company nationalizing a hungover financial industry that has had way too much to drink over the past few decades?
