Site Update - Theming

The upgrade of gatsby was painless. The switch to mdx took a bit as I also moved all of my content out of /src and into /content.

The most difficult part has been trying to upgrade the theming of my site. I spent most of yesterday trying to get things figured out with theme-ui. While I was there I took a look at flex and reflex. In the end, I'm sticking with just theme-ui for now. There's enough components to make things work and I can always build my own components if necessary.

I did start on the mobile view. I'll spend more time today on that and then hopefully also finish the desktop theme tonight.
