"Through some late night work, Jaq has uncovered the location of a set of utilities that could prove useful to the Resistance. The mission is to recover the utilities. They're on a secured terminal at a MetaCortex facility in Tabor Park. You'll need to bypass various security countermeasure, retrieve the utilities and exit. But, first, you'll need to meet with an individual that goes by the name, Keymaker. He has the password to unlock the terminal. I've setup a meet not far from the MetaCortex facility."
